1. Cutting & Forming: The Source of a Good Frame

It all starts with raw materials. Wadeko uses standard steel tubes and sheets, precisely cut, bent, punched and formed before welding. Precision cutting determines whether a chair stands square and stable—the first guarantee of durability for airport chairs, hospital waiting chairs and conference bench chairs alike.

2. Robotic Welding: A Stronger Frame

The formed metal parts move to welding, done automatically by OTC 6-axis welding robots. Robotic welding delivers uniform, consistent seams and avoids the weak joints and deformation of manual work, keeping the load-bearing structure of every bench and waiting chair stable for years. This is also the foundation that lets us deliver custom and contract projects quickly and at scale.

3. Upholstery: The Heart of Comfort and Looks

For a comfortable sofa or armchair, upholstery is everything. Wadeko's upholstery is done by experienced sewing technicians—foam, sponge, PU leather or fabric are precisely cut and sewn, then fitted onto the welded frame. Whether it's the antibacterial fabric of hospital and senior living furniture, or the curved and modular sofas for hotel lobbies, this step delivers a durable, easy-clean and beautiful finish.

4. Assembly, Quality Control & Packing

Finished seats move to the assembly line for hardware fitting, function testing and appearance inspection. Every outgoing airport chair and hospital waiting chair passes load-bearing, stability and detail checks before being packed and shipped.

From cutting and welding to upholstery and assembly, Wadeko runs a complete in-house production chain that makes airport waiting chairs, hospital waiting chairs, bench chairs, custom sofas and public space project seating a reality. Need help selecting or a quote? Contact Wadeko.
